Documentation List definition

Documentation List means the list of documents set out in Schedule 1;
Documentation List means the list to be produced by the Service Provider pursuant to paragraph 6.1 of schedule 3 (Milestones and Deliverables);
Documentation List has the meaning set out in paragraph 20 (Documentation List) Schedule 3 (Milestones and Deliverables);

  • The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

  • Any Dealer for such Tranche must notify the Arranger of such Tranche within seven business days of receipt of the documents and confirmations described in the Initial Documentation List if it considers any to be unsatisfactory (in its reasonable opinion).

  • On or before the First Issue Date, each Dealer has received, and found satisfactory (in its reasonable opinion), all of the documents and confirmations described in Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List.
