Documented Alternative Plan definition
Documented Alternative Plan or “DAP” means a written plan approved by a County describing an applicant’s or Resource Family’s use of an acceptable alternative to a specific requirement.
Documented Alternative Plan means a written authorization for a foster family home to use an alternative, based on a unique need or circumstance specific to a child being considered for placement, to meet the intent of a specified standard as permitted in California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 9.5, Article 3.
Documented Alternative Plan or “DAP” means a written plan, pursuant to Section 07-04, approved by the County describing a Resource Family’s use of an acceptable alternative to a specific requirement.
