Dollar Depositary definition

Dollar Depositary means, with respect to the Dollar Notes issuable or issued in whole or in part in global form, any Person specified in Section 2.03 hereof as the Depositary with respect to the Dollar Notes, and any and all successors thereto appointed as Depositary hereunder and having become such pursuant to the applicable provision of this Indenture.
Dollar Depositary means, with respect to any Dollar Notes issuable or issued, in whole or in part, in global form, the Person specified in Section 2.14 as the Dollar Depositary with respect to Dollar Notes, and any and all successors thereto appointed as dollar depositary hereunder and having become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture.

Examples of Dollar Depositary in a sentence

  • The transfer and exchange of (x) beneficial interests in the Global Notes representing Dollar Notes shall be effected through the Dollar Depositary and (y) beneficial interests in the Global Notes representing Euro Notes shall be effected through the Common Depositary, in each case in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture and the Applicable Procedures.

  • The transfer and exchange of Dollar Global Notes or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Dollar Depositary, in accordance with this Indenture and the Applicable Procedures.

The Bank will supply the Customer with any amendment to Schedule B for approval. As requested by the Bank, the Customer will supply the Bank with certified copies of its Board of Directors resolution(s) with respect to the foregoing prior to placing Assets with any Subcustodian so approved.

  • Global Notes Legend means the legend set forth under that caption in the applicable Exhibit to this Indenture.
