Dollar Depositary means, with respect to the USD Notes issuable or issued, in whole or in part, in global form, the Person specified in Section 2.03 hereof as the Dollar Depositary with respect to the USD Notes, and any and all successors thereto appointed as dollar depositary hereunder and having become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture.

The Bank will supply the Customer with any amendment to Schedule B for approval. As requested by the Bank, the Customer will supply the Bank with certified copies of its Board of Directors resolution(s) with respect to the foregoing prior to placing Assets with any Subcustodian so approved.

  • Global Notes Legend means the legend set forth under that caption in the applicable Exhibit to this Indenture.
