Domestic Manufacturing Property definition

Domestic Manufacturing Property means any manufacturing plant or facility owned by the Corporation or any Manufacturing Subsidiary which is located within the continental United States of America and, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, is of material importance to the total business conducted by the Corporation and its consolidated affiliates as an entity.

  • Good Manufacturing Practice or “GMP” means the current good manufacturing practices applicable from time to time to the manufacturing of a Product or any intermediate thereof pursuant to Applicable Law.
