Dominion Company definition

Dominion Company means Virginia Electric and Power Company, Dominion Capital, Inc., Dominion Energy, Inc., or another corporation in which DRI owns stock possessing at least 50 percent of the combined voting power of all classes of stock or which is in a chain of corporations with DRI in which stock possessing at least 50% of the combined voting power of all classes of stock is owned by one or more other corporations in the chain.
Dominion Company means any corporation or other entity in which Dominion owns stock or other equity possessing at least 50% of the combined voting power of all classes of stock or other equity or which is in a chain of corporations or other entities with Dominion in which stock or other equity possessing at least 50% of the combined voting power of all classes of stock or other equity is owned by one or more other corporations or other entities in the chain.

Examples of Dominion Company in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if the Participant’s employment with the Company or a Dominion Company is terminated for Cause (as defined by the Employment Continuity Agreement between the Participant and the Company), the Participant will forfeit all Restricted Stock shares awarded pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Except as provided in Sections 4 or 5, the Participant will forfeit any and all rights in the Restricted Stock if the Participant’s employment with the Company or a Dominion Company terminates for any reason prior to the Vesting Date.

The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.
