Downstream Reseller definition

Downstream Reseller means a person or business entity that is not an Authorized Dealer that sells Covered Products.
Downstream Reseller means a person or business entity that purchases Covered Products for resale from a Direct Customer and not for their own use.

Examples of Downstream Reseller in a sentence

  • To add a new test suite or a new test, the parent suite or the application name, i.e., iCS (icsapp), is selected and the corresponding item, Add Test or Add Suite, from the Edit menu (or from the context menu) is clicked.

  • Any noncompliance with this Policy by a Downstream Reseller after being placed on the Do-Not-Sell List shall constitute a violation of this Policy by the Direct Customer which sold Covered Products to such Downstream Reseller.
