Draft Statement definition

Draft Statement has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.2.6.
Draft Statement means the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the project, as may be amended from time to time, and any supplementary assessments or statements prepared pursuant to regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.
Draft Statement has the meaning given in Section 2.3(2).
