Drive Shoe definition

Drive Shoe means any device specifically designed, fabricated, and installed to protect the bottom end of a water well casing or liner pipe from collapse or other damage while the casing or liner pipe is being driven into place in a water well.
Drive Shoe means a manufactured hardened steel collar with a beveled cutting edge that is attached to the lower end of a steel casing by threading or welding to protect the casing as it is driven.
