DRS Advices definition

DRS Advices means the direct registration system advices held by some Shareholders representing their GSV Shares.
DRS Advices means the DRS advices held by some Maverix Shareholders representing their Maverix Shares.
DRS Advices means the direct registration system advices held by some Alexco Shareholders representing their Alexco Shares.

  • In addition, to the extent reasonably practicable, the Rights Agent shall add the language above to any DRS Advices issued in connection with the Common Shares.

  • Dataroom means the Intralinks electronic data room established for “Project Rodeo”.

  • Archives means the archives of Michigan.

  • Reliable Evidence means only published reports and articles in the authoritative medical and scientific literature; the written protocol or protocols used by the treating facility or the protocol(s) of another facility studying substantially the same drug, device, medical treatment or procedure; or the written informed consent used by the treating facility or by another facility studying substantially the same drug, device, medical treatment or procedure.

  • Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or “CMS” means the federal office under the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, responsible for the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

  • SMS means short message service.

  • Awarding agency means (a) with respect to a grant, cooperative agreement, or cost reimbursement contract, the Federal agency, and (b) with respect to a subaward, the party that awarded the subaward.
