Duly Called Meeting definition

Duly Called Meeting means the official convening of a Quorum of Legislators for the purpose of conducting public business.
Duly Called Meeting means a meeting of Council called pursuant to the notice provisions in this By-Law, regardless of whether or not the meeting meets quorum;
Duly Called Meeting means a meeting of the Board, Council or a committee called pursuant to the By-Law or Terms of Reference, regardless of whether or not a quorum has been met.

  • Procedures generally recognized by the members of the Legislature as in accordance with Legislative practice since the enactment of the Constitution, as amended, and affirmed by a majority of the Legislators voting at a Duly Called Meeting.
