Free look period means the period of time during which a borrower may cancel a guaranteed asset protection waiver without penalty, fees, or costs to the borrower. A free look period must begin on the effective date of the guaranteed asset protection waiver, and the term of a free look period must be at least 30 days.
Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.
Toll Free Service is service provided with any dialing sequence that invokes toll-free, 800-like, service processing, for example for illustration only, 800 or 800-like services. Toll Free Service includes but is not limited to calls placed to 800/888 NPA Service Access Codes (SAC).
Duty Days means all days during the taxable year from the beginning of the professional athletic team’s official preseason training period through the last game in which the team competes or is scheduled to compete.
Free Period means any Period other than the Prohibited Period.
Proration Month means the month for which capacity is to be allocated under Item 7.
Son or daughter on active duty or call to active duty status means the employee's biological, adopted, or foster child, stepchild, legal ward, or a child for whom the employee stood in loco parentis, who is on active duty or call to active duty status, and who is of any age.
duty period means a period which starts when a crew member is required by an operator to report for or to commence a duty and ends when that person is free of all duties, including post-flight duty;
Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.
ABR Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.
Qualifying Time Period means the period defined in Section 2.3.C, during which the Applicant shall make investment on the Land where the Qualified Property is located in the amount required by the Act, the Comptroller’s Rules, and this Agreement.
Notification Period means a set period of time between the submittal of a Notice of Intent and the beginning of lead - based paint abatement activities (including all on-site worksite preparation).
Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.
Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.
Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.
Billing cycle or billing period means the period for which regular electricity bills as specified by the Commission, are prepared for different categories of consumers by the licensee;
Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.
SPS FR Barrier Valuation Date means the Settlement Price Date.
Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).
Rebalance Business Day means any day which is a, Exchange Business Day and also a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payment in the country in which the relevant Reference Asset is admitted to trading or any other day designated as a Rebalance Business Day by the Issuer.
Settlement Method Election Date With respect to any Settlement of any Transaction, the 2nd Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding (x) the Valuation Date for such Transaction, in the case of Physical Settlement, or (y) the First Unwind Date for such Transaction, in the case of Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement.
Calculation Day means any Index Business Day during the Calculation Period on which a Market Disruption Event has not occurred.
Payment Method means, in relation to any sum stated to be payable or paid pursuant to the Agreement, account name, account number, bank name, swift code, bank code and branch code or wallet address, in the case of a sum stated to be payable or paid by cryptocurrency specified by the payee of such sum at least five Business Days prior to the date of payment to the payee and in the case of Coinllectibles to the account notified to the payer from time to time and the payment of the Sale Price to Coinllectibles, which shall be paid by the Purchaser as soon as practicable after each sale of the DOT.
Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).
Settlement Method means, with respect to any conversion of Notes, Physical Settlement, Cash Settlement or Combination Settlement, as elected (or deemed to have been elected) by the Company.
SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.
