Duty Free Day definition

Duty Free Day means a day free of all duties associated with employment between 2200 on the day preceding and extending to 0600 of the day following the duty free day.”

  • Free look period means the period of time during which a borrower may cancel a guaranteed asset protection waiver without penalty, fees, or costs to the borrower.   • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.
