Dwell-Time Fee definition

Dwell-Time Fee means the additional fee charged to the account of a Permitted Business when any of its Commercial Ground Transportation Vehicles are parked on the Commercial Roadway for a period of time longer than the time allowed under the Permit.
Dwell-Time Fee means the additional fee for operator's vehicle that remains in a designated area as calculated from the time the vehicle passes through the airport's AVI entrance lane then exits the designated area thru an AVI exit lane. These fees are in addition to any trip fees.

Related to Dwell-Time Fee

  • Rent Payment means the amount payable by Lessee for the Assets as specified in the applicable Schedule.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or

  • Real-Time Price means the Resource-Specific Settlement Interval LMP as defined in the CAISO Tariff. If there is more than one applicable Real-Time Price for the same period of time, Real-Time Price shall mean the price associated with the smallest time interval.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.
