DWR Contracts definition

DWR Contracts means the contracts entered into by DWR for the purchase of electric power and associated goods and services pursuant to California Assembly Bill No. 1X, signed into law by the Governor on February 1, 2001.
DWR Contracts means the contracts entered into by DWR for the purchase of electric power and associated goods and services pursuant to California Assembly Xxxx No. 1X, signed into law by the Governor on February 1, 2001.

  • Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Commission to review the prudence of PG&E’s administration and dispatch of the DWR Contracts, consistent with applicable law.
