Net Energy The total quantity of electric energy (measured in kilowatt hours) produced by the Facility over a given time period and delivered to the Point of Interconnection, as measured by the revenue meter. "Net Energy" the equivalent of "Actual Output."
Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.
Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.
NGL means natural gas liquids.
Imbalance Energy has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Electric distribution company (EDC) means any electric utility subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission.
Generating Company means any company or body corporate or association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, or artificial juridical person, which owns or operates or maintains a generating station;
Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
EXCO means EXCO Resources, Inc., a Texas corporation.
Gas company means any person distributing gas within the corporate limits or authorized and proposing to so engage.
CEI / “CEIG” shall mean Chief Electrical Inspector to the State Government.
Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.
Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.
GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.
EPD means the Environmental Protection Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.
Solar energy means the sun used as the sole source of energy for producing electricity.
MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.
Class I renewable energy means electric energy produced from
PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix. Hydroelectric energy means water used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.
Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.
