Early Redemption Day definition

Early Redemption Day means the day falling four years after the Issuance Date of a series of Notes, provided that if such date falls on a day that is not a Business Day, such date will be postponed until the next Business Day;
Early Redemption Day means the day falling three years and six months after the Issuance Date of a series of Notes;

Examples of Early Redemption Day in a sentence

  • If the Notes have not been redeemed by the Bank at the Early Redemption Day (as defined below), each holder of Notes (each a “Holder” and, collectively, the “Holders”) will receive on the Maturity Date, in respect of each Note held by such Holder, an amount equal to the greater of: (a) the Principal Amount, and (b) the Principal Amount multiplied by the quotient of the Maturity NAV (as defined below) over the Starting NAV (as defined below).

  • If the Bank effects a Bank Early Redemption, it will make available to Holders of record on the Bank Early Redemption Day, no later than 10:00 a.m. (Montreal time) on the fifth Business Day following the Bank Early Redemption Day, the amount payable pursuant to such redemption.

  • With the exception of a payment made on the Early Redemption Day, or as otherwise provided herein, no payment will be made prior to the Maturity Date.

  • Any Early Redemption Request Form shall be served and delivered at the address prescribed therein at least 10 Business Days prior to an Early Redemption Day for the Early Redemption Request to be processed at the Early Redemption Price prevailing on that Early Redemption Day.

  • Reference Portfolio Return Bank Early Redemption Day On the Bank Early Redemption Day, the Bank, at its sole discretion, will be entitled to redeem all of the Deposit Notes then outstanding at a price of $140.06 per Deposit Notes (a 40.06% premium over the Initial Deposit Amount), representing an annual compounded rate of return of approximately 8.25% as of the Bank Early Redemption Day.

  • On the day falling four years after the Issuance Date of a series of Notes (the “Early Redemption Day”), the Bank will be entitled to redeem prior to maturity all of the Notes of that series then outstanding at a price of $136.05 per Note, namely a 36.05% premium with respect to the Principal Amount representing, on the Early Redemption Day, an annual compounded rate of return of approximately 8.00%.

  • Indicative prices for early redemption will be regularly posted on the Issuer’s website after the Close Period andpayment of redemption proceeds (net of bank charges) will be effected within 10 Business Days of the Early Redemption Day by electronic funds transfer to the relevant Noteholder.Upon the redemption of a Note, the investor shall cease to be entitled to any rights in respect thereof and accordingly his name shall be removed from the Register with respect to such Note.

  • The notice regarding the Early Redemption Day shall be published in an immediate report and in two widely circulated newspapers in Hebrew and will be delivered in writing to all registered Bondholders.

Related to Early Redemption Day

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Redemption Day means the last Business Day of each week or such other day or days as the Directors may from time to time determine that Participating Shares in the Fund are available for redemption;

  • Early Redemption Amount (k) means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Early Redemption Event means that R (k) is equal to or greater than the Early Redemption Level (k) on the respective Observation Date (k).

  • Monthly Redemption means the redemption of this Debenture pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.

  • Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the day on which the Issuer has received payment in full from the Margin Loan Provider of the amounts payable in respect of the termination of the LS Margin Account Agreement.

  • Early Redemption Level (k) means the Early Redemption Factor (k) x R (initial).

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Early Redemption Amount (Tax) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Redemption Factor (k) means the "Early Redemption Factor (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, $______, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
