Early Redemption Disposal Period definition

Early Redemption Disposal Period means, subject to Condition 9(c), the period from (and including) the date falling four Scheduled Valuation Days after the Early Redemption Valuation Date to (but excluding) the date falling five Business Days prior to the Scheduled Early Redemption Date.

Examples of Early Redemption Disposal Period in a sentence

  • In such case the Final Redemption Disposal Period or Early Redemption Disposal Period, as the case may be, shall be deemed extended by the same number of days as the Scheduled Maturity Date or Early Redemption Date have been postponed by.

  • The Metal Agent will then, in accordance with the Conditions and the relevant Metal Agent Agreement, dispose of the Underlying Metal during the Early Redemption Disposal Period.

  • The relevant Metals Counterparty will dispose of Underlying Metal during a specified Early Redemption Disposal Period or a specified Final Redemption Disposal Period (as applicable).

Related to Early Redemption Disposal Period

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Early Redemption Event means that R (k) is equal to or greater than the Early Redemption Level (k) on the respective Observation Date (k).

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Early Redemption Factor (k) means the "Early Redemption Factor (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:

  • Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(a) hereof.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, $______, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.

  • Call and Put Redemption Amount means GBP 1 per Preference Share.

  • Tax Event Redemption Date means the date upon which a Tax Event Redemption is to occur.

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Accumulation Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Price means $25,000 per share plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends plus any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period.
