Early Redemption Valuation Date definition

Early Redemption Valuation Date means, subject to Condition 9(c):
Early Redemption Valuation Date means the date on which the Securities are scheduled to be redeemed (or such earlier date only to the extent necessary to allow the calculation of the Preference Share Value prior to the redemption of the Securities).
Early Redemption Valuation Date means the date specified as such in the Applicable Supplement.

More Definitions of Early Redemption Valuation Date

Early Redemption Valuation Date means the date on which the Issuer determines that it will exercise its option to redeem the Notes early, such date being notified to Noteholders in the relevant notice of early redemption;
