Non-Reinstatement Deadline has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iv).
Reinstatement means the process as outlined in 645—11.31(272C) by which a licensee who has had a license suspended or revoked or who has voluntarily surrendered a license may apply to have the license reinstated, with or without conditions. Once the license is reinstated, the licensee may apply for active status.
Reinstatement Date means the date from which a policy will be reinstated after cancellation.
Reinstate means reinstate, reinstated, or reinstatement with respect to Claims and Interests, that the Claim or Interest shall be rendered Unimpaired in accordance with section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code. “Reinstated” and “Reinstatement” shall have correlative meanings.

Fraud Loss Coverage Termination Date The point in time at which the Fraud Loss Coverage Amount is reduced to zero.
Reinstated means (a) leaving unaltered the legal, equitable and contractual rights to which a Claim entitles the Holder or (b) notwithstanding any contractual provision or applicable law that entitles the Holder of such Claim to demand or receive accelerated payment of such Claim after the occurrence of a default, (i) the cure of any such default other than a default of a kind specified in section 365(b)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code or of a kind that section 365(b)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code expressly does not require to be cured; (ii) the reinstatement of the maturity of such Claim as such maturity existed before such default; (iii) compensation of the Holder of such Claim for any damages incurred as a result of any reasonable reliance by such Holder on such contractual provision or such applicable law; (iv) if such Claim arises from any failure to perform a nonmonetary obligation other than a default arising from failure to operate a nonresidential real property lease subject to section 365(b)(1)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code, compensation of the Holder of such Claim for any actual pecuniary loss incurred by such Holder as a result of such failure; and (v) not otherwise altering the legal, equitable or contractual rights to which such Claim entitles the Holder. "Reinstate" and "Reinstatement" shall have correlative meanings.
Revival means restoring the lapsed or a Reduced Paid-up Policy to an inforce Policy as per the revival conditions mentioned in Part D of the Policy.
Fraud Coverage During the period prior to the first anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, 2.00% of the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-Off Date (the "Initial Fraud Coverage"), reduced by Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date; during the period from the first anniversary of the Cut-Off Date to (but not including) the fifth anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the amount of the Fraud Coverage on the most recent previous anniversary of the Cut-Off Date (calculated in accordance with the second sentence of this paragraph) reduced by Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since such anniversary; and during the period on and after the fifth anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, zero. On each anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the Fraud Coverage shall be reduced to the lesser of (i) on the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the Cut-Off Date, 1.00% of the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the preceding month and (ii) the excess of the Initial Fraud Coverage over cumulative Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date. The Fraud Coverage may be reduced upon written confirmation from the Rating Agencies that such reduction will not adversely affect the then current ratings assigned to the Certificates by the Rating Agencies.
Erroneous Payment Subrogation Rights has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.12(d).
Evidence of Insurability means a statement of proof of your medical history upon which acceptance for insurance will be determined by Lincoln.
CREFC® Significant Insurance Event Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Significant Insurance Event Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
CREFC® Appraisal Reduction Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Appraisal Reduction Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Bankruptcy Coverage Termination Date The point in time at which the Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount is reduced to zero.
XXXXX Administrator’s Website means the Bank of England’s website, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx, or any successor source for the Sterling Overnight Index Average identified as such by the XXXXX Administrator from time to time.
Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).
Claims-made coverage means an insurance contract or provision limiting
Property Reinvestment Application means, with respect to any Transfer of property, the application of an amount equal to the Net Proceeds Amount with respect to such Transfer to the acquisition by the Company of operating assets of the Company to be used in the principal business of the Company.
Insurance Policy With respect to any Mortgage Loan included in the Trust Fund, any insurance policy, including all riders and endorsements thereto in effect, including any replacement policy or policies for any Insurance Policies.

LPMI Policy A policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance issued by a LPMI Insurer pursuant to which the related premium is to be paid from payments of interest made by the Mortgagor.
Fraud Loss Coverage Amount As of the Closing Date, $10,458,862 subject to reduction from time to time, by the amount of Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates. In addition, on each anniversary of the Cut-off Date, the Fraud Loss Coverage Amount will be reduced as follows:
Community Reinvestment Act means the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977, as amended.
Evidence of coverage means any certificate, agreement or contract issued to an enrollee setting out the coverage to which the enrollee is entitled.
Fidelity Bond A fidelity bond to be maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.12.
Stop Loss means an offer to close a Transaction in an FX and CFD position at a price determined in advance by you which, in the case of a Buy is lower than the opening Transaction price and in the case of a Sell is higher than the opening Transaction price. “Swap or Rollover” for FX and CFD trading shall mean the interest added or deducted for holding a position open overnight.
