Earnings Rate means, for each Fund, an amount equal to the net rate of gain or loss on the assets of such Fund during each business day.
Earnings Rate means the interest rate to be applied to Employee Accounts. The Earnings Rate shall be used to determine Account Earnings which will be compounded quarterly.
