Easy Own Plan Solar Loan definition

Easy Own Plan Solar Loan means a Solar Loan governed by an Easy Own Plan Equipment Purchase Agreement or a SunSafe Easy Own Plan Equipment Purchase Agreement.

  • Term SOFR Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of Term SOFR.
