EBITDA Threshold Amount definition

EBITDA Threshold Amount means $1,267,700,000.
EBITDA Threshold Amount means the amount in dollars equal to (A) the HEP Ownership Percentage, multiplied by (B) $30 million, divided by (C) 75%.
