ECP Controlled Content definition

ECP Controlled Content means video content that has been received over and is interpreted by the CI Plus interface with the Encryption Mode Indicator (“EMI”) bits set to one, one (1,1) and with the ECP Control Info (“ECI”) bits set to values other than b000. Note: Audio content is not ECP Controlled Content.

Examples of ECP Controlled Content in a sentence

  • The Revocation Information may change from time to time due to new or removal of entries from the Certificate Revocation List, the Content Distributor shall only use the most recent Certificate Revocation List provided by CI Plus LLP if it chooses to deploy Revocation on their network with its Controlled Content and/or ECP Controlled Content.

  • Licensed Product may pass ECP Controlled Content in digital form where such output is protected by DTCP-IP, as permitted by Exhibit ECP_E.

  • Licensed Product shall not output ECP Controlled Content to any output, except as permitted in this Section 2.0.   • Theprocuring of the insurance described herein, or delivery of the certificates of insurance described herein, will not be construed as a limitation upon the Contractor’s liability or as full performance of its indemnification obligations hereunder.

  • Refer to Exhibit ECP_E for URI interpretation when recording ECP Controlled Content under this Section 3.3.

  • ECP Controlled Content that has been stored/paused, shall be stored in a manner which is encrypted in a manner that provides no less security than 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (“AES”).

  • The stored ECP Controlled Content shall be securely bound to the Licensed Product doing the recording so that it is not removable in a usable form therefrom and is not itself subject to further temporary or other recording within the Licensed Product before it is rendered unusable.

  • For output of Controlled Content that is not ECP Controlled Content, Licensed Product shall be compliant with the compliance rules defined in Section 2.0 of Exhibit C.

  • Permitted Licenses are (A) licenses of over-the-counter software that is commercially available to the public, and (B) non-exclusive and exclusive licenses for the use of the Intellectual Property of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries entered into in the ordinary course of business, provided, that, with respect to each such license described in clause (B), (i) no Event of Default has occurred or is continuing at the time of such license; (ii) the license constitutes an arms-length transaction, the terms of which, on their face, do not provide for a sale or assignment of any Intellectual Property and do not restrict the ability of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, to pledge, grant a security interest in or lien on, or assign or otherwise Transfer any Intellectual Property; (iii) in the case of any exclusive license, (x) Borrower delivers ten (10) days’ prior written notice and a brief summary of the terms of the proposed license to Collateral Agent and the Lenders and delivers to Collateral Agent and the Lenders copies of the final executed licensing documents in connection with the exclusive license promptly upon consummation thereof, and (y) any such license could not result in a legal transfer of title of the licensed property but may be exclusive in respects other than territory and may be exclusive as to territory only as to discrete geographical areas outside of the United States; and (iv) all upfront payments, royalties, milestone payments or other proceeds arising from the licensing agreement that are payable to Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries are paid to a Deposit Account that is governed by a Control Agreement.

  • Distributed Generator means a person who owns or operates Distributed Generation;

  • Controlled Securities Account means each securities account (including all financial assets held therein and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing such financial assets) that is the subject of an effective Control Agreement.

  • Downstream Affiliate means an entity whose outstanding Voting Shares were, at the date of issuance of the Qualifying Guarantee, more than 50 per cent. owned, directly or indirectly, by the Reference Entity.

  • Prohibited Distributions means any and all dividends or other distributions paid by the Corporation with respect to any Excess Securities received by a Purported Transferee.
