Educational activities and programs definition

Educational activities and programs means the same as that term is defined pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:7-1.3.
Educational activities and programs means all activities and programs conducted, sponsored, or permitted by the school during the school day, after regular school hours, on weekends, or during the summer months.

  • Educational activity means an activity offered by a school, school district, charter school or county office of education that constitutes an integral fundamental part of elementary and secondary education, including, but not limited to, curricular and extracurricular activities.
