Educational and Governmental Access or “EG Access” means the availability for noncommercial use of a Channel or Channels on the Cable System by various governmental and educational agencies including the City and its designees.

  • After completion of the procedures set forth in Section 9.1B and within 90 days of a written request by the Town, Grantee shall provide up to $0.50 per month per Residential Subscriber (the "PEG Contribution") to be used solely for capital costs related to Public, Educational and Governmental Access programming or as may be permitted by Applicable Law.
