EEA Processor to Processor SCCs definition

EEA Processor to Processor SCCs means the clauses set out at Appendix 2.
EEA Processor to Processor SCCs means the standard contractual clauses between processor and processor, as approved by the European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021, as they are to apply to this DPA (as amended, updated or replaced by the European Commission from time to time).
EEA Processor to Processor SCCs means the clauses set out Appendix 5, as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time.

  • Sub-processor means a third party engaged by the Processor for carrying out processing activities in respect of the Personal Data on behalf of the Processor; and

  • Subprocessor means any person appointed by or on behalf of Processor to process Personal Data on behalf of the Company in connection with the Agreement.

  • Standard fertility preservation services means procedure based upon current evidence-based standards of care established by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Society for Clinical Oncology, or other national medical associations that follow current evidence-based standards of care.

  • Ambient air quality standard means an established concentration, exposure time, and frequency of occurrence of air contaminant(s) in the ambient air which shall not be exceeded.

  • Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.

  • Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike. For this purpose, near-term means the time scale required to grow a mature forest. (See board manual section 2 for descriptions and illustrations of CMZs and delineation guidelines.)

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Security Procedures means rules and regulations governing access to, and health and safety procedures while on, Government premises; and information technology security protocols;

  • Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;
