Security Procedures definition

Security Procedures means rules and regulations governing access to, and health and safety procedures while on, Government premises; and information technology security protocols;
Security Procedures means statements of the step-by-step actions taken to achieve and maintain compliance with Security Requirements.
Security Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 3(B) of the Agreement.

More Definitions of Security Procedures

Security Procedures means the procedures, including the use of encryption technology, implemented for purposes of protecting the integrity, confidentiality or secrecy of, and the unauthorized interception, corruption, use of, or access to, any data or information transmitted via ICS.
Security Procedures shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Security Procedures means the rules, policies and procedures adopted and implemented by the Lender and its Affiliates at any time and from time to time with respect to security procedures and measures relating to electronic funds transfers, all as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, terminated, or otherwise modified at any time and from time to time by the Lender in its sole and absolute discretion.

Security Procedures means the use of identification codes, encryption, passwords, logon identifications, personal or location identification numbers, repetitive codes, and other security devices, systems and software used by the Client to communicate through the Internet for the Remote Deposit Capture Service.
