Developer shall submit a completed copy of the Large Generating Facility data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures.
The ISO offers Energy Resource Interconnection Service under the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures for interconnection in compliance with the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard.
A Developer proposing to interconnect a new Large Facility to the New York State Transmission System or to the Distribution System, or proposing to materially increase the capacity of, or make a material modification to the operating characteristics of, an existing Large Facility that is interconnected to the New York State Transmission System or to the Distribution System shall submit to the ISO an Interconnection Request in the form of Appendix 1 to these Large Facility Interconnection Procedures.
In the event any Party has a dispute, or asserts a claim, that arises out of or in connection with the LGIA, these Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures, or their performance (a “Dispute”), such Party shall provide the other Parties with written notice of the Dispute (“Notice of Dispute”).
Any Developer with an outstanding request as of the effective date of these Large Facility Interconnection Procedures may request a reasonable extension of any deadline, otherwise applicable, if necessary to avoid undue hardship or prejudice to its Interconnection Request.
