Effective Billing Date means the date AT&T-21STATE completed its work as required by the Collocator’s accurate and complete application and made the Collocation space available to the Collocator, regardless of any failure by the Collocator to complete its work.
Effective Billing Date means the date AT&T Kentucky completed its work as required by Carrier’s accurate and complete application and made the Collocation Space available to Carrier, regardless of any failure by Carrier to complete its work.

The term of this Agreement (“Term”) begins on the Effective Date and continues for a minimum period of two (2) years from the Effective Billing Date unless a longer term is specified in the Quote Acceptance Form (in which event, the longer Term specified in the Quote Acceptance Form shall apply).
