Effective Billing Date definition

Effective Billing Date means the date AT&T-22STATE completed its work as required by the Collocator’s accurate and complete application and made the Collocation space available to the Collocator, regardless of any failure by the Collocator to complete its work.
Effective Billing Date means the date AT&T Kentucky completed its work as required by Carrier’s accurate and complete application and made the Collocation Space available to Carrier, regardless of any failure by Carrier to complete its work.
