Effective Billing Date definition

Effective Billing Date means the date AT&T-22STATE completed its work as required by the Collocator’s accurate and complete application and made the Collocation space available to the Collocator, regardless of any failure by the Collocator to complete its work.

Examples of Effective Billing Date in a sentence

  • Charges for Service begin accruing upon Circuit Effective Billing Date, regardless of whether Customer is actually using the Services, or is ready to test and accept the Services.
