Fairness Hearing means a hearing on the settlement proposed in this Settlement Agreement held by the Court to determine whether the proposed settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate, and whether it should be finally approved by the Court.
Fairness Hearing means the hearing scheduled by the Court to consider (a) any objections from Class Members to the Settlement Agreement, (b) Class Counsel’s petition for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs and Class Representatives’ Compensation, and (c) whether to finally approve the Settlement under Fed.
