Effective Hire Date definition

Effective Hire Date means the day on which the employment of an Employee commences or continues with the Purchaser or its Affiliates as provided in this Agreement.

• The Promissory Note provides for payment of the full amount of the Training Costs, plus interest, over a period ending two (2) years after your Effective Hire Date.
