Elastomers Field definition
Elastomers Field means the manufacture, use or sale of Products, including research and development in support thereof, provided, however, in respect of any and all Products, Elastomers Field excludes:
Elastomers Field means the Elastomers Field as defined in the Intellectual Property Transfer and License Agreement.

With effect from the Effective Date and subject to Clause 7 and the rights of Third Parties, SIRM grants KPR a non-exclusive, fully paid-up licence under its Technical Copyrights, together with a right to grant sub-licences to copy, use and/or modify, and a right to enforce the Technical Copyrights against Third Parties in the Elastomers Field.
With effect from the Effective Date and subject to Clause 7 and the rights of Third Parties, SOC grants SEL a non-exclusive, fully paid-up licence under its Technical Copyrights, together with a right to grant sub-licences to copy, use and/or modify, and a right to enforce the Technical Copyrights against Third Parties in the Elastomers Field.
