Election Activity means any activity that may constitute reportable election activity under Title 13, MCA. action by any person, candidate, or political committee that concerns, relates to, or could be reasonably interpreted as an attempt to influence or affect an election or that supports or opposes a candidate or ballot issue. Election activity includes reportable election activity.
