ELECTION CHANGE FORM definition

ELECTION CHANGE FORM means the form that a Participant submits to the Administrator on which the Participant documents his election to change his Pay-Out Schedule.
ELECTION CHANGE FORM means a form designated as an Election Change Form by the Administrator for use under this Plan.
ELECTION CHANGE FORM means the form on which a Participant may make certain prospective changes to his deferral election or distribution options as provided in Article IV.

Related to ELECTION CHANGE FORM

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.
