Such Deferral Commitment shall be effective and irrevocable as of the applicable Election Filing Date for the Plan Year.
Any such Payment Election must be made in the Deferral Commitment pursuant to which the Deferred Shares were deferred by the applicable Election Filing Date and in accordance with the other requirements applicable to Deferral Commitments in Section 7(a).
