Each party irrevocably appoints the Process Agent, if any, specified opposite its name in the Election Schedule to receive, for it and on its behalf, service of process in any Proceedings.
Such Election Schedule, as modified from time to time in accordance with Section 3.2, is incorporated into this SCPA and shall serve as Participant’s signature page to this SCPA.

Such termination will be effective at the expiry of the notice period, if any, specified for this purpose in the Election Schedule.
The Election Schedule and each other Schedule, if any, supplement and form part of this Agreement.
Each HIN and Participant shall each execute this SCPA by signing on the Election Schedule.
Participant shall register with Selected HIN as a “Data Provider,” a “Data Recipient,” or as both, as applicable in accordance with Participant’s selections on the Election Schedule.
