Electoral Code of Conduct definition

Electoral Code of Conduct means the Electoral Code of Conduct contained in Schedule 2;
Electoral Code of Conduct means the Code of Conduct for Political Parties contained in Schedule 1 to the Electoral Act;
Electoral Code of Conduct means the Code of Conduct set out in Annexure 2 to these Guidelines.

  • Data Protection Law means the applicable legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons and their right to privacy with regard to the processing of Personal Data under the Agreement (and includes, as far as it concerns the relationship between the parties regarding the processing of Personal Data by SAP on behalf of Customer, the GDPR as a minimum standard, irrespective of whether the Personal Data is subject to GDPR or not).

  • Reckless Conduct means conduct where the supplier of the recreational services is aware, or should reasonably have been aware, of a significant risk that the conduct could result in personal injury to another person and engages in the conduct despite the risk and without adequate justification;
