Electric motorized scooter means a device that:
Electric motorized scooter means any two- or three-wheeled small vehicle that has handlebars, and a floorboard or deck designed to be stood upon while being ridden or used as a mode of transportation, that is powered by an electric motor either wholly or in conjunction with human power, but shall not include a motorized wheelchair, or other personal mobility device designed for and used by a disabled person.
