Electric Service Company definition

Electric Service Company means any Person engaged in the generation, transmission, distribution, billing, or resale of electric power.
Electric Service Company means any natural person or legal entity engaged in the generation, billing, or resale of electric power. In the case of PREPA, it shall also include transmission and distribution.
