Electric Service Regulations definition

Electric Service Regulations means Company’s currently effective and applicable electric service regulations, on file with and approved by the Commission, as they may be amended or superseded from time to time with the approval of the Commission. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Electric Service Regulations, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Electric Service Regulations means Rocky Mountain Power's currently effective electric service regulations, on file with and approved by the Commission, as they may be amended or superseded from time to time with Commission approval.
Electric Service Regulations means Rocky Mountain Power's currently effective electric service regulations, titled “Company Rules,” on file with and approved by the Commission, as they may be amended or superseded from time to time with the approval of the Commission.

  • The Electric Service Regulations of the Company on file with and approved by the Public Service Commission of the State of Utah, including future applicable amendments, will be considered as forming a part of and incorporated in said Agreement.

  • Electric Service means the furnishing of electric power and energy for lighting, heating, power, or any other purpose for which electric power and energy can be used;

  • Land Use Regulations means all ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations and official policies of CITY governing the development and use of land, including, without limitation, the permitted use of land, the density or intensity of use, subdivision requirements, the maximum height and size of proposed buildings, the provisions for reservation or dedication of land for public purposes, and the design, improvement and construction standards and specifications applicable to the development of the Property. “Land Use Regulations” does not include any CITY ordinance, resolution, code, rule, regulation or official policy, governing:

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Electricity Act means the Electricity Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 15, Schedule A;

  • Utility system means a water system, solid waste

  • Air pollution control equipment means a mechanism, device, or contrivance used to control or prevent air pollution, that is not, aside from air pollution control laws and administrative regulations, vital to production of the normal product of the source or to its normal operation.

  • Genetic services means a genetic test, genetic counseling (including obtaining, interpreting, or assessing genetic information), or genetic education.
