Once an Account Statement is mailed or delivered by an Electronic Channel, it shall be deemed to have been received by the Customer.

A Document, including any Instrument, which is accessed, sent, received, accepted, or processed through an Electronic Channel shall have the same legal effect as if in written paper form signed by the Customer, and will constitute a “writing” for the purposes of Applicable Laws.
