Electronic Check Transaction(s) definition

Electronic Check Transaction(s) means transactions involving Electronic Checks that have been approved based on positive credit information and positive credit availability (following the Clearing Period) and where available, positive address verification, as more fully described in Section 3.

Examples of Electronic Check Transaction(s) in a sentence

  • You may make Electronic Check Transactions only to the extent that you have available funds in your checking account.
