Electronic Tracking Agreement means an Electronic Tracking Agreement among Buyer, Seller, MERS and MERSCORP, Inc., to the extent applicable.
Electronic information means any information stored in an electronic form (including but not limited to binary-encoded information).
Electronic Communications and Transactions Act means the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (Act No. 25 of 2002);
Phone/Electronic Transaction Security Procedures means security procedures for Phone/ Electronic Transactions as provided in writing to the Underwriter.
Electronic document means information that is created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means.
Electronic Ticket means the Itinerary/Receipt issued by us or on our behalf, the Electronic Coupons and, if applicable, a boarding document.
Miscellaneous unit means a hazardous waste management unit where hazardous waste is treated, stored, or disposed of and that is not a container, tank, surface impoundment, pile, land treatment unit, landfill, incinerator, boiler, industrial furnace, underground injection well with appropriate technical standards under 40 CFR Part 146, containment building, corrective action management unit, or unit eligible for a research, development, and demonstration permit under § 270.65, or staging pile.
Phone/Electronic Transaction Security Procedures means security procedures for Phone/ Electronic Transactions as provided in writing to the Underwriter.
Public Electronic Communications Network means an Electronic Communications Network provided wholly or mainly for the purpose of making Electronic Communications Services available to members of the public;
Electronic Waste or “E-Waste” means “Covered Electronic Wastes” as defined in Act (Section 42463 of Public Resources Code) including discarded electronic equipment such as, but not limited to, television sets, computer monitors, central processing units (CPUs), laptop computers, and peripherals (e.g., external computer hard drives, computer keyboards, computer mice, and computer printers).

electronic communications network means transmission systems and, where applicable, switching or routing equipment and other resources, including network elements which are not active, which permit the conveyance of signals by wire, radio, optical or other electromagnetic means, including satellite networks, fixed (circuit and packet-switched, including Internet) and mobile terrestrial networks, electricity cable systems, to the extent that they are used for the purpose of transmitting signals, networks used for radio and television broadcasting, and cable television networks, irrespective of the type of information conveyed;
Electronic Communication Network means the transmission line connecting the data transmission place and the data receiving place.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
Electronic act means the creation or transmission originated on or off the schoolsite, by means of an electronic device, including, but not limited to, a telephone, wireless telephone, or other wireless communication device, computer, or pager, of a communication, including, but not limited to, any of the following:
Electronic filing means a document that is filed under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format or the act of filing a document under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format, as the context indicates;

Mentor-Protégé Agreement means an agreement between a prime and MBE or WBE subcontractor pursuant to MCC 2-92-535, that is approved by the City of Chicago and complies with all requirements of MCC 2-92-535 and any rules and regulations promulgated by the Chief Procurement Officer.
Electronic Version/Copy means a digital form consisting of text, images or both readable on computers or other electronic devices that includes all content that the Original and Hard Copy proposals contain. The digital form may be submitted using a compact disc (cd) or USB flash drive. The electronic version/copy can NOT be emailed.
Miscellaneous Interests means all properties, assets, rights and interests of any nature whatsoever which are related to Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights or Tangibles, excepting Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights and Tangibles, and including without limitation:

Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.
