Electronic Tracking Agreement definition

Electronic Tracking Agreement means an Electronic Tracking Agreement among Buyer, Seller, MERS and MERSCORP, Inc., to the extent applicable.

Electronic Tracking Agreement means the Electronic Tracking Agreement, dated as of June 3, 2020, among the Seller, the Buyer, the Agent, the Electronic Agent and MERS, as the same shall be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
