Electronic Mode definition

Electronic Mode means carrying out electronically-based, transactions whether main server is installed in India or not, including, but not limited to:
Electronic Mode means any video conferencing facility (i.e., audio visual electronic communication facility) employed by the Company which enables all Persons participating in that meeting to communicate concurrently with each other without an intermediary and to participate effectively in the meeting;
Electronic Mode means any communication by way of electronic media like tele-conferencing, video-conferencing and any other electronic media.

Electronic Mode in relation to Meetings means Meetings through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. “Video conferencing or other audio- visual means” means audio-visual electronic communication facility employed which enables all the persons participating in a Meeting to communicate concurrently with each other without an intermediary and to participate effectively in the Meeting.
