Video Conferencing. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.18 to $0.68 for the following Video Conferencing Services:
Video Conferencing. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.3000 to $2.000 per site for the following Video Conferencing Services: Domestic Video Conferencing: Port usage charges and Dial-Out Transport charges per increment of 2 channel 112/128 kbps, for domestic Video Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Video Conferencing. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.40 to $4.00 for the following Video Conferencing Services: Domestic ISDN Video Conferencing: Port usage charges per minute per video bridge port (“Bridging Charges”) and dial-out transport usage charges per minute for transport (per 2 channels 112/128 kbps), with rounding to the next higher full minute. Bridging Charges include charges based on charge type, including Premier/Standard/Unattended ISDN Bridging and Instant Video ISDN Bridging and there is an additional per call minute charge for Premier Video Conferencing. Transport charges apply to the following countries: US, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, UK, Thailand, Indonesia and Video Regions 1-4.
Video Conferencing. Existing Article 20 of the 1995 Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty is renumbered as Article 23 and pursuant to Article 6(1), 6(3) through (6) of the EU-U.S. Mutual Legal Assistance Agreement, the following shall be applied as Article 20 of the 1995 Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty:
Video Conferencing. 1. The use of video transmission technology shall be available between the Republic of Austria and the United States of America for taking testimony in a proceeding for which mutual legal assistance is available of a witness or expert located in the Requested State. To the extent not specifically set forth in this Article, the modalities governing such procedure shall be as otherwise provided under this Treaty.
2. The Requesting and Requested States may consult in order to facilitate resolution of legal, technical or logistical issues that may arise in the execution of the request.
3. Without prejudice to any jurisdiction under the law of the Requesting State, making an intentionally false statement or other misconduct of the witness or expert during the course of the video conference shall be punishable in the Requested State in the same manner as if it had been committed in the course of its domestic proceedings.
4. This Article is without prejudice to the use of other means for obtaining of testimony in the Requested State available under applicable treaty or law.
5. The Requested State may permit the use of video conferencing technology for purposes other than those described in paragraph 1 of this Article, including for purposes of identification of persons or objects, or taking of investigative statements.”
Video Conferencing. The patient is responsible for their own hardware and software, audio and video peripherals, and connectivity and bandwidth considerations. At the time of the telehealth appointment, it is your responsibility to have your electronic device on, video conferencing software launched, and be ready to start the session at the time of the scheduled telehealth appointment. Before an initial telehealth session, a test call up to 10 minutes can be arranged to ensure that technology is functioning properly. If a video telehealth session is blocked after several reasonable attempts, be open to having a telephone session for that time.
Video Conferencing. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will be charged fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.1975 to $4.000 for the following Video Conferencing Services: Domestic ISDN Video Conferencing: Port usage charges per minute per video bridge port with rounding to the next higher full minute.
Video Conferencing. If specified on the Order Form, the ability to connect point to point, and multi-party video sessions seamlessly from any video device connected to the Hosted Unified Communications platform. These devices can be dedicated room-based systems, personal video systems, telephone handsets (with embedded cameras) or softphone applications.
Video Conferencing. At the time of the telehealth appointment, it is your responsibility to have your electronic device on, video conferencing software launched, and be ready to start the session at the time of the scheduled telehealth appointment. This requires setting up, a few minutes prior to each start time. The client is responsible for his/her own hardware and software, audio and video peripherals, and connectivity and bandwidth considerations. If a video telehealth session is disrupted after reasonable attempts, we will switch to a telephone session instead.
Video Conferencing. Service includes conference room and video conferencing service for 5 simultaneus connection (video room, Lync/Skype for Business, web or phone). More specific description in Video Conferencing Service Description.
