Elevation Transfer Fee definition

Elevation Transfer Fee means the transfer or other similar fee payable to the Agent in connection with the Assignment submitted in connection with an Elevation (if any) in the amount set forth in the Transaction Summary.
Elevation Transfer Fee has the meaning specified in the Transaction Specific Terms.
