Examples of Eligible Devices in a sentence

  • You may enrol multiple Eligible Devices (each with a separate IMEI and MDN) under separate Subscriptions.

  • Devices modified contrary to the manufacturer’s software or hardware guidelines, including by disabling hardware or software controls—sometimes referred to as “jailbreaking”—are not Eligible Devices.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of any Cards, Eligible Devices and their passcodes, Apple IDs, and any other authentication credentials used in connection with your Account (collectively, "Credentials").

  • You can add a Card to your Eligible Devices, but you must maintain a Required Device with a digital Card to manage your Account through Apple Wallet.

More Definitions of Eligible Devices

Eligible Devices means a mobile phone device which (a) is owned by the Customer or purchased under this Contract, and (b) is Connected to Service Plans under the Contract.

Related to Eligible Devices

  • Mobile Devices means tablets and smartphones running mobile operating systems (e.g., iOS, Blackberry OS, Android, or Windows Mobile operating systems). Laptops are not considered to be Mobile Devices.

  • Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Portable Device means any computing device with a small form factor, designed to be transported from place to place. Portable devices are primarily battery powered devices with base computing resources in the form of a processor, memory, storage, and network access. Examples include, but are not limited to, mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. Mobile Device is a subset of Portable Device.

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.

  • Orthotic device means a custom-fitted or custom-fabricated medical device that is applied to a part of the human body to correct a deformity, improve function, or relieve symptoms of a disease.

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Eligible Inventory consisting of finished goods available for sale (as determined in a manner acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion and consistent with past practices).

  • Manufactured dwelling means a residential trailer, a mobile home or a manufactured

  • Manufactured or “Manufacturing” means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • Assistive Devices means any category of durable medical equipment, mechanical apparatus, electrical appliance, or instrument of technology used to assist and enhance an individual's independence in performing any activity of daily living. Assistive devices include the use of service animals, general household items, or furniture to assist the individual.

  • Eligible Dependent means a child of an Eligible Retiree who satisfies the requirements for eligibility described in the Eligibility section of this document.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Eligible business means a business located within the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry or Will in the State of Illinois (the “Six County Region”), and as to which: (1) a majority of the business' fleet is located and used within the Six County Region; and (2) a majority of those vehicles located and used within the Six County Region are alternatively powered vehicles.

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.
