Eligible Dependent means a child of an Eligible Retiree who satisfies the requirements for eligibility described in the Eligibility section of this document.
Eligible Dependent means a person who is eligible for coverage under this Agreement according to the terms of the applicable Subscriber Agreement(s), including coverage under COBRA.
Eligible Dependent means an individual who is or becomes eligible to enroll for coverage under this Plan as a Dependent.
Examples of Eligible Dependent in a sentence
Eligible dependent children of the retiree at the time of retirement will be covered according to the terms of this Agreement until the retiree reaches age 65 or the death of the retiree, whichever occurs first.

Eligible Dependent means a dependent that qualifies for health care coverage pursuant to paragraph (D) or (E) of this rule.
