Eligible Facilities Request definition

Eligible Facilities Request means any request for modification of an existing tower or base station that does not substantially change the physical dimensions of such tower or base station, involving:

Eligible Facilities Request means a request for modification of an existing tower or base station that does not substantially change the physical dimensions of the tower or base station and involves collocation of new transmission equipment, the removal of transmission equipment, or the replacement of transmission equipment.

Examples of Eligible Facilities Request in a sentence

• The timeframe for review of an Eligible Facilities Request is not tolled by a moratorium on the review of applications.

• In the event the City fails to act on a request seeking approval for an Eligible Facilities Request under this Section within the timeframe for review (accounting for any tolling), the request shall be deemed granted.

• If the Application is an Eligible Facilities Request, the Municipality shall approve the Application within 60 days of receipt of the Application, subject to tolling after notification of an incomplete application until the date when the Applicant submits all the documents and information identified in the notice of incompleteness.
