Eligible Mortgagees definition

Eligible Mortgagees means the holders of valid first mortgages on Units who have given written notice to the Association stating their names, addresses and Units subject to their mortgages.
Eligible Mortgagees means any Person owning a mortgage on any Unit, which mortgage is first in priority upon foreclosure to all other mortgages that encumber such Unit and which mortgagee has requested the Association, in writing, to notify it regarding any proposed action which requires approval by a specified percentage of Eligible Mortgagees.
Eligible Mortgagees. Those holders of first Mortgages secured by Units in the Condominium who have submitted a written request to the Association to be notified of certain items as set forth in this Declaration.

  • Any proposed action which would require the consent of a specified percentage of Eligible Mortgagees.

  • Eligible mortgagee means the holder of a security interest on a unit that has filed with the secretary of the association a written request that it be given copies of notices of any action by the association that requires the consent of mortgagees.

  • Underlying Mortgaged Property With respect to each Co-op Loan, the underlying real property owned by the related residential cooperative housing corporation.
